Step 1: Company formation (RJSC or, Proprietorship) 

Step 2: Land purchase for the company (Deed)

Step 3: Environment NOC & License

Step 4: Investment certificate from BIDA

Step 5: Project profile submission to DGDA & approval from DGDA

Step 6: Factory construction & plant erection with manufacturing facilities

Step 7: Product registration and manufacturing license issue by DGDA

Step 8: MRP Certificate & Marketing Authorization issued by DGDA
